RESIDENTIAL

Rohrbaugh Residence
The Powder Horn, Sheridan County, Wyoming - 4,160 s.f.
A two-story residence located on a sloped site with views to the west and a three car garage. The residence features modern details and vaulted spaces including a curved roof supported by glulam beams.

Carroll Residence
Knode Ranch, Sheridan County, Wyoming - 3,648 s.f.
Sustainability and passive solar design were emphasized for this five bedroom, three bath residence. The residence was built using structural insulated panels (SIPs) and includes an enlarged two car garage.

Easter Seals Housing Solutions, Inc.
Sheridan, Wyoming
This HUD funded project includes a ten unit Independent Living Apartment Building of approximately 7,400 s.f. and a 2,700 s.f. Family Style Community Home with five individual bedrooms. Both buildings are completely accessible and emphasized long term planning and design, while not being institutional.

DEQ Office Building
Sheridan, Wyoming
Site design and a new, 10,250 s.f. building including offices, conference areas, storage, and lab space including a garage.

The Powder Horn Clubhouse
Sheridan County, Wyoming
A three-story concrete, steel, and wood structure of approximately 29,000 s.f. Major building spaces include a pro shop, men's and women's locker rooms, a grille & lounge, commercial kitchen & bakery, banquet space, administrative offices, and golf cart storage.
